Post NAIKAN Therapy Programmes
Naikan Therapy can be also be achieved at home via supervision of the NAIKAN guide through online/Skype therapy sessions. This method is used by Professor Akira Ishii of Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo. According to him more than two thousand students have participated in General NAIKAN at his university.
Daily NAIKAN Therapy is a simple and effective way to practice every evening just before going to bed. One can spend just 30 minutes per day achieving this.
It is also a very effective tools to reflect NAIKAN Therapy on relationships with friends, parents, siblings and especially on those couples who are having difficulty and contemplating separation or divorce.
“Paying attention to the world around you is a priceless skill – a skill that is elegantly connected to taking action. If you use it and develop it you will notice more and more. And the more you notice, the more you will be clear about what needs doing.”
