At our exclusive Naikan Retreat, NAIKAN Therapy ideally lasts for 7 days, but we also conduct intensive 4/5 days NAIKAN Therapy and Meditation for clients unable to commit for the whole week, or those that have undergone Ibogaine therapy.
Post NAIKAN Therapy Programmes
General NAIKAN:
Naikan Therapy can be also be achieved at home via supervision of the NAIKAN guide through online/Skype therapy sessions. This method is used by Professor Akira Ishii of Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo. According to him more than two thousand students have participated in General NAIKAN at his university.
Daily NAIKAN:
Daily NAIKAN Therapy is a simple and effective way to practice every evening just before going to bed. One can spend just 30 minutes per day achieving this.
Relationship NAIKAN:
It is also a very effective tools to reflect NAIKAN Therapy on relationships with friends, parents, siblings and especially on those couples who are having difficulty and contemplating separation or divorce.
